How to avoid Obamacare......

Who or what is CWA?

And the waivers are all about limited benefit plans. The law prohibits insurers (and employers or unions offering insurance to their employees and their members) from capping annual benefits and the like. The waivers temporarily allow unions, employers and insurers to continued offering plans with annual caps and the like on the grounds that limited health insurance is better than none at all.
The Communication Workers Alliance. One of those unions... And no, the caps are not extended, the waiver gives them a pass on the extra taxation for the "fat cat" insurance policies however, the constant patter of literature makes it clear that there is no limit on care any longer. The only "waiver" they got was from the extra money they would have had to pay if the law is upheld.

No. The CWA local that received the waiver offers supplemental prescription drug coverage to its members which has an annual cap of $5,000. The waiver allows the CWA local to continue offering that to its members notwithstanding that such limited benefit plans violate the Affordable Care Act.
