How the Dems could definitely blow 2020 and re-elect Trump

Hillary was a horrible candidate, yet she won the popular vote, that is what a weak position Rump is in.

I was a Hillary critic way before the election. She's has traditionally been a center-right neocon on foreign policy, and a neo-liberal on the economy. She believes in much of the same principles as Ronald Reagan. The financial crisis was due to policies she supported. And even on social policies, she is waayyyy late to the game. She supported DOMA until 2011.

So please, spare me the Clinton apologetics. She was a bad candidate, and Trump took advantage of her weaknesses and beat her. He couldn't have beaten anyone else except maybe Cory Booker.

I don't want either side to have candidates that suck less or more. We had enough of that in the past. With all the partisan nonsense, electing someone to stick it to the other side and vote strict party ticket, we just repeat the same old back and forth D and R cycle.

Exactly this.

The Dems blew it. This election was a softball. They though Hillary was the "safe" choice, but what a complete miscalculation on their part.
