Correct. trump's claims notwithstanding, turnout was pallid. At least 42% of eligible voters refused to vote. Further, many who voted for trump would have voted for Bernie. Those aren't boomers. Those who turned out twice for Obama, refused to turn out for Hillary in order to teach the DNC a lesson.
