This lib spend 50 million for a ballot initiative, wouldn't it have been better spent actually investion in companies that developed alternate fuels? LOL

How so US? If he has the means why not make an investment that will pay off for him if what he believes is true?

How about the stinking rich libertarian real estate swindler in New York who financed California's Proposition 90 pretty much all by his twinky little lonesome? Sounds like a bad "investment" to me.
