Years ago, Howard Stern related experiences on his radio show on this topic. He stated that the moment an all white board room of some company was comfortable that no non-white/non-male folk would be in the room, it became a verbal free-for-all with every racists, sexist mantras, slogans and the like you could imagine!

Fox tried to make such talk palatable for it's audience....folk who have been flipping out since 1990 when the NY Times told them by 2040 white folk would be a minority in America (already one in the world). Carlson, like O'Reilly and Limbaugh were just the poor man's version of the "intellectual" bigot.

From my understanding, Carlson is weighing his options now that he has been fired.

Last time I got fired, they called me up the next day and said, "you have to come back for less money." I told them there were two parts of that statement that was wrong. Got a huge pay raise out of the whole experience. I have been fired other times that did not turn out as well.

Fox News lost half a years revenue in a court case, or basically several years profits... And there are more court cases to come. Worse yet, Carlson keeps getting caught saying stupid things, so they had to let him go.

Fish is really desperate for Carlson not to be fired.

I can tell you as an adult, one gets fired from time to time. It is how you handle that which divides the winner from the losers.

Weren't you arguing recently that his "fight" comment wasn't racist, because all he was trying to say was that blacks mainly fight dishonorably in gangs, but whites generally fight very honorably?
