any guesses?

To reassure everybody I dont think Trump will pick any of these as he could care less as long as they dont interfere with economics. Thesse guys will most likely be straight gope picks with maybe some input from bannon.

Trump will play the idiot republicans in his picks, they'll kowtow to him as he promises them Justice Billings Brown and America returns once more to the 19th century.

"Unrepentant opportunism belies a staggering lack of character and caring that can’t simply be vanquished from memory. You did real harm to this country and many of its citizens, and I will never — never — forget that. As I read the transcript and then listened to the audio, the slime factor was overwhelming." Charles M. Blow

some on the left believe in supply side economics supplying us with better governance at lower cost.

thus, it doesn't matter who is appointed to the Supreme Court; we just need a better argument than the fantastical, right wing.

Doesn't apply to SC picks tard.

Gawd it must suck going through life looking through your belly button to see where in the hell your going.

But incoming Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer of New York and his fellow Democrats have some political calculations to make if they face more than one vacancy during the 115th Congress. If they filibuster Trump’s Supreme Court pick, McConnell and Republicans could use the so-called nuclear option to change Senate rules and eliminate the filibuster for the high court. That would mean a simple majority instead of 60 votes to allow for a confirmation vote. Democrats eliminated the filibuster rules in 2013 for lower court picks.

if either party wins both the White House and the Senate this November, going “nuclear” on SCOTUS appointments by getting rid of the filibuster is a very high probability (and even if it doesn’t happen, the threat of “going nuclear” can and will be used to force the minority party to be reasonable).

Now that the tables have turned, it is possible that Sen. McConnell might follow the path suggested by Sen. Reid and do away with the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees. Sen. McConnell will likely receive a great deal of pressure from some of his Republican colleagues in the Senate to so, that is for sure.

I'm surprised tsuke isn't predicting 9 hard-right conservatives on the court.

:P i dont think people can die that fast.

The whole suicide by gun to back of head or heartattack while lifting weights thing seems to be more clintonian rather than trumpian.
