Not really. They are determining if his constant lies about her damaged her chance to work. She has to show damage. Trump's constant lies have hurt her in the magazine business and made her subject to ridicule. If found guilty, they will have to go back in and assess damages.

I rarely predict juries, its always hard to tell if you are not in the courtroom. I've known people who can read them pretty good, if they are in the courtroom, I cant. I agree with you about the rule of thumb on Criminal trials, and this is kinda like a criminal trial, but its not. A Plaintiffs verdict will not likely be less than an hour or two because if they find Trump responsible, they then have to figure out damages and most juries take a lot of time to do that... Its possible they find him responsible quickly and just take the Plaintiffs word on damages, but unlikely.

In a civil case like this a very quick result is likely for the Defendant (Trump) because they do not need to do any math.

If it goes days... yes. But if they find Trump responsible for lying about the rape, they will have to then figure out how much money to give to the Plaintiff and that could take a day or so.

I am glad you are feeling so confident about 2024, we will see. Be careful about putting faith in such polling data especially this early on.

I'm not confident at all. Not sure what gave you that impression. Polls are just a snapshot not an election but the poll scared georgie porgie enough to mention it. Polls are huge to you leftist. It reminds you that maybe not everyone is in your side as you like to believe and crow about.
