Has it occurred to anyone on the right that just having a black President might stoke more division?
I think Obama has done what a leader can to try to heal the divide. Hearing him speak today, I can't think of anyone better. But "solving racism" is something a President has limited capability to do. That's on us.
Which does not answer the question as to how is life after 8 years of Obama, and what is the murder rate in his home city? Ignoring peoples pain will not heal it

Please. You guys always bring up Chicago like Obama is President AND its mayor, also. Like it's some sort of incriminating thing that he hasn't been able to solve the violence in his "home city."
You know how life in Chicago is, and you know the murder rate there.
Why do you think it's Obama's fault that people use guns to kill each other?

Why aren't you correlating it w/ 6 years of a GOP Congress?

Just answer the question. How is life after 8 years of Obama? Forget Chicago the wild west that Rahm created in Chicago
Why create the context if you don't want me to address it?
You mean guns are proving deadly to those protecting the peace, don't you?

chicago is mostly blacks killing other blacks though. Im not even sure if a lot of white people live in the city anymore. You would think with his background in social work, his familiarity in the area being a senator from there, and the overwhelming trust placed on him by the black community (90%++) then he would have done something to make the killings less in his term.
He made him the mayor? I didn't realize mayors were presidential appointments, I thought they were elected officials?Obama did do something, he made Rahm Emmanuel the mayor. How's that working out?
