Just like my cousin, you would choose to live in the democratic state of Israel, rather than under the rule of Hamas if you had to pick one.

You don't seem to be crying any crocodile tears for the Jews that were expelled from Arab countries in the 1940s and 50s and had their property confiscated.

It's all very unfortunate that some Palestinians 80 years ago lost their homes, that ethnic Greeks in Turkey were forced to leave, and that Jews in Egypt had their property confiscated.

On the other hand, at this point in the 21st century these are historical events that happened 70 to 100 years ago. Almost nobody is alive today who actually lost their home and property.

Hamas is making a viable two state solution practically impossible in our lifetimes, but in an ideal world the more moderate Palestinian Authority would renounce violence, and Israel would stop expanding settlements in the West Bank, and a negotiation could commence from there.

Still, the main enemy here is Iran since they are funding international terrorism.
