So the excuse thrown out by The Regime for Obamacares early failures is that they didn't see all the volume coming.

So we have been told since forever that there are 47 million uninsured. That's the number that has been thrown around right?

So shouldn't they have started there with the three years they had to get ready!
 
LOL, first the libs claimed "teabaggers" were sabotaging the system.

When that didn't work, they started working on the issue, which was poor planning exacerbated by shoddy work.
