I've been applying for, then selling my absentee ballots to the highest bidder on ebay for years.

Mail in ballots have worked find for years. Republicans don't like it because they know Democrats vote early. Mail-in balloting makes voting easy. History dictates that higher voter turnout means a Democrat victory. That's why Republicans hate it.

It's just as secure as in-person voting.

He's pulling the Republican whine-fest about how mail-in balloting makes voting easy, thus more people can vote. Republicans have been working to chip away at voting rights to make it much harder for their political rivals to vote.

Thus, the Republican antipathy to anything but in-person voting. With in-person voting they can control the flow of voting by closing voting stations in heavily populated Democrat areas, or impose draconian ID laws.

It's all about voter suppression with the GOP.
