Houston has been run by Dim since 1982 and has only been run by Rs for twice since 1920

Generally Houston has increased wages below even the proclaimed inflation rate, which is a fraud...the actual inflation is worse.

I would need to see more information to decide that spending is the main problem....it looks like it is maybe the 2004 property tax collection cap along with a general unwillingness of citizens to pay for the services they consume.
