1) ???......what do you think people are shouting about when they warn the debt ceiling must be raised if it isn't that the government shuts down.......the first thing lib'ruls always say is "social security checks can't be sent" or "soldiers won't get paychecks".......

2) if Biden refuses to negotiate, why would Republicans get the blame......

Any negotiations should have nothing to do with the national debt. If the debt ceiling doesn't rise there will be an economic disaster in this country, all brought to you by the GOP.
Ita a given that when a republican president runs big deficits, not a word is mentioned by your kind, its only gloom and doom when a democrat is in the WH.
If you were so concerned about debt, why did you do nothing in the Trump years????????????

????.....what else is there to discuss.......it's a DEBT ceiling.....the debt ceiling has to rise because of an economic disaster in the country, brought to us by the Demmycrats......remember, Nancy was in charge of the Demmycrats during a $26.4T increase in the national debt......its a given that big deficits come from the left.......why aren't you idiots concerned about debt?.....

The economic disaster stemmed from trump signing every single piece of spending legislation into law, as well as his signature tax cuts which were a disaster for anyone but the wealthy.
