House Oversight Chairman James Comer has subpoenaed Ghislaine Maxwell. The deposition is set to take place on August 11 at the Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee, where Maxwell is being held.

"The Department of Justice is cooperating and will help facilitate the deposition at the prison," Comer said.
