Too fucking stupid to be a graduate of an American law school.
No, there is natural climate change and then there's human-induced climate change. Mankind naturally tries to change his environment with dams, deforestation, removing predators, etc. 8 Billion people have an impact as shown by NASA. Flat Earthers and those who believe the Moon Landing was faked won't believe this:

How Do We Know Climate Change Is Real?
There is unequivocal evidence that Earth is warming at an unprecedented rate. Human activity is the principal cause.
The rate of change since the mid-20th century is unprecedented over millennia.
Earth's climate has changed throughout history. Just in the last 800,000 years, there have been eight cycles of ice ages and warmer periods, with the end of the last ice age about 11,700 years ago marking the beginning of the modern climate era — and of human civilization. Most of these climate changes are attributed to very small variations in Earth’s orbit that change the amount of solar energy our planet receives.

Climate cannot change. It has no values associated with it that can change.
It is not possible to measure the global atmospheric content of CO2.
It is not possible to measure the temperature of the Earth.
CO2 has no capability to warm the Earth. You are still ignoring the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics and the Stefan-Boltzmann law.
