They do and they are in recovery, the Gov. was on TV the other day rubbing it in Scott Walker's nose! Because Walker criticized him and now look at Walker. Illinois is doing much better while Wisconsin is falling behind.

Yes, Illinois has debt and was in a bad place, but things are looking up, not so for Wisconsin and job loss.
 


Looks like property taxes went down, which is a plus for Walker, he also says job loss is not his fault. I guess the recall voters will decide if he stays and has done well, or if he goes.
