Dan Whitehead, the former instructor who was fired from a Jesuit school in November for alleged sexual misconduct with students, was arrested this weekend on sexual-assault and sexual-abuse charges.

Whitehead, 71, was canned after two ex-students told school officials that Whitehead had molested them in the '80s, but those men said they didn't want to be involved in a police investigation.

According to court documents, police found several former students to come forward and tell detectives about their encounters with Whitehead.

The first alleged victim a 1989 graduate, told police that he was 17 when Whitehead asked him and some of his classmates if they would stay at his house while he was away.

However, Whitehead said the boys would have to go through some "training" for this task, which included drinking alcohol and watching pornographic videos, according to the documents.

When one boy got sick from drinking, Whitehead said he ought to take off his clothes so he didn't vomit all over them. He did that and went to bed.

The alleged victim told police that Whitehead then came into the bedroom and stroked his hair, then brushed his hand against his penis. When the boy yelled, one of his classmates came in the room, which marked the end of that incident.

Another student who talked to police -- a 1983 graduate -- said Whitehead used to tutor him at Whitehead's home.

He also said Whitehead offered him beer, and said Whitehead told him he needed to sleep at his house because he had too much to drink. The boy did so, but told police that when he woke up, Whitehead was next to him in bed and "pressing his body" against him, according to the documents.

The other student who spoke to police -- a 1989 graduate -- told police a similar story. He was 17, and agreed to watch Whitehead's house. He went to Whitehead's house, drank alcohol, and fell asleep in a guest bedroom.

This former student also told police Whitehead got in bed with him, but said that Whitehead started to "fondle his anus and scrotum with pressure," according to the documents.

He told police he didn't know what to do, as he said Whitehead was saying "soothing" words to him, but the alleged victim just wondered when it would stop.

He said that Whitehead eventually left the room, but he was scared that Whitehead would "come after him" if he left, so he waited until the morning before getting out of there, and never had any contact with Whitehead again.

Police attempted to interview Whitehead, but court documents state that he refused, and asked for a lawyer.

Whitehead faces several charges, including sexual assault, sexual abuse, giving obscene material to minors, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond was set at $50,000.

Whitehead was a math instructor at the school, and had been there since 1967.

There goes another winger getting all concerned with their obsession about another’s sexual orientation, makes you wonder, seems Freud was correct on latent tendencies

You think a news report of a homosexual molesting little boys shows "obsession about another’s sexual orientation", Anchovies?

What exactly are you implying with your comment, Anchovies?

Just saying, seemingly ninety percent of posts initiated on sexual orientation is done by a winger as yourself, sure seems like an obsession

Woman posing as boy accused of sex with girl

A 21-year-old woman is facing sex charges after authorities said she was found in a wooded area with a 15-year-old girl.

Sheriff's deputies said they were searching a wooded area in the 900 block of Point Comfort Loop on Monday after someone reported hearing a person in distress.

While they were searching the area, deputies found the girl and 21-year-old Stephanie Marie Griffith, who identified herself as a 15-year-old boy named Seth Walker, according to a news release from the sheriff's office. It was later discovered that Griffith was actually a 21-year-old woman. Police say she had been having consensual sexual contact with the 15-year-old girl and had done so on several other occasions.

Griffith, of Clover Street in Hampton, has been charged with seven counts of sexual battery, one count of crimes against nature and one count of penetrating a minor.

Being a sexual deviant probably speaks for the entire repuke party at having the morals of a rabid dog.

You think a homosexual molesting little boys is a sexual orientation?

Technically speaking, Legion, this is now classified as a legitimate type of psychiatric (medical) disorder called a PARAPHILIC DISORDER In the past ,the homsexual you refer to above was classed as a "sexual pervert" or a "sexual deviant."

Here's the offical US, APA definition of paraphilic disorders...

"Paraphilic disorders are recurrent, intense, sexually arousing fantasies, urges or behaviours that are distressing or disabling and involve inanimate objects, children or non-consenting adults, or, suffering or humiliation of oneself or the partner with the potential for harm."

So, a typical adult male paedophile who is molesting/sexually assauting (raping/sodomising, etc) a child is a legitimate psychiatric case. He is mentally ill. That doesn't mean that he can use a expert psychiatristrist's diagnosis of being afflicted with a paraphilic disorder to circumvent the law. If he is caught by the police, summoned to appear before a court and convicted on the evidence, he will go to prison.

Another (final) example of an individual with a paraphilic disorder migth be a homosexual male, "Mr X" who stealthily creeps into the shower block at your local swimming pool complex. He has been staking out the block for some time, and knowns that you are now in the shower alone. You are inside soaping the pool water off yourself under a shower nozzle, when suddenly the soap slips out of your hand. As you bend down to retrieve the bar of soap from the floor, - the paraphilic homosexual male, "Mr X", makes his dastardly move. He quickly seizes you from behind then forcefully pokes his "tallywacker" up your butt- hole (naturally, without your consent). This individual would also be dianosed as having a bone fide paraphilic disorder, and he would also be thrown into prison for a goodly stretch. (Mental illness, nothwithstanding).

Finally...

*The majority of persons with a paraphilic disorder are (biologically) male.

*Paraphilic disorders are thought to arise from a pre-pubescent childs' exposure to some form of traumatic emotional /sexual experience or event/s that interrupt his/her normal psychosexual development. At least that's a popular theory.
