Fake money doesn't have a scent? I think it is a good idea to limit counterfeit. Add a boutique and protected stink to the stuff, just another layer
to the protection. It'd be great to see people sniff large bills on presentment. Maybe add flavor. Make merchants lick them.

Yes, and it smells very bad. Everyone I know who has worked in a bank vault have all said that money smells wretched. People just don't notice when they aren't surrounded by stacks of it every day.
