New York Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul on Wednesday announced that she is deploying 1,000 National Guard soldiers and State Police officers to patrol the New York City subway and check bags following major crime spikes in the transportation system.

It would be far easier, faster, and cheaper to take down the “Sanctuary City” signs, pull in the “Welcome” red carpet and call ICE to come collect the illegals. Plus, the results would be a lot better.
 
Nothing says third world shit hole blue city like National Guard troops patrolling cities and subways, roads, train stations .

I saw in another thread where a leftist at this forum was telling us that being a fascist is a right wing ideology as it supposedly was under
Mussolini, according to the dictionary definition of it. As you appropriately said, San Fran and virtually any if not all democrat led cities and states
are or have become fascist to the max.

And they have and are.

A definition of something has to be precise. It cannot define a variety of things, and particularly not things that are in opposition or nowhere near alike.

This is the Oxford dictionary definition:

fas·cism
[ˈfaSHˌizəm]
noun
an authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system of government and social organization.

Merriam Webster definition:

fas·​cism ˈfa-ˌshi-zəm also ˈfa-ˌsi-
Synonyms of fascism

often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition

This second definition is much better. The Oxford one is both imprecise and can be applied to other forms of government that clearly are not on the right making their definition wrong.

Clearly you can have authoritarian and nationalist government on the Left, so how do you differentiate between them?

On the other hand, the Merriam Webster definition is based solely on characteristics without placing the government in a Left-Right political category. It is then possible to list characteristics of what a Leftist and Rightist government would look like or act. That's what I did earlier. The result is an empirical, measurable result that puts fascism solidly on the Left politically.
