Hillary Clinton Is the Jeb Bush of the Left

False again.
get out of here again. the program you showed is an execption.
I'm in Florida , in Orlando and this is a non-Medicade expansion state.
There is no option for the uninsured -there are 1 or 2 clinics county wide, but they are just walk in clinics.
but that is not what we were talking about if you go to a hospital,
and you need underlying treatment for an illness -in which case without insurance you have no recourse.

There is no universal access.

do your research Polly parrot.

Read about the Emergency Medical and Treatment Labor Act you fucking hack.

Your interpretation is entirely incorrect.
Only private, for profit hospitals may turn away uninsured but only for non-emergencies. Emergency care MUST be provided by all hospitals private or public, AND once care begins it must be completed, at either.
Fines to hospitals which refuse care are significant enough to ensure compliance....your narative is simply false.

Being a non-medicade expansion state is the fault of the governor. He chose not to follow the Obamacare plan, and the result is that some are uncovered, but I would be shocked if Orlando does not have a health care district. Ill look into it for you. The situation here in Florida is due to Gov. Scott refusing to follow Obamacare not due to Obamacare.

only emergency treatment to stabilize. IOW they have to save your life short term, but not treat any illnesses

Yup. You arrive at the ER severely injured in a car wreck and they will do everything they can to save your life...no questions asked. But if you show up looking to have your herniated disk operated on by a neurosurgeon, they'll want to know how you're going to pay for it or who is going to pay for it.

If you can't, they'll write a script for pain meds and send you on your way.

that is emergency services..I'm talking routine care, or routine chronic care

You should also send a letter to Governor Scott about what he is doing to people by withholding Medicaid.

Liar.
Only private hospitals can do that.
Federal law since 1986.

interesting resource, and one I wasn't aware of. I don't need it, but i'll let others know..
I suppose there are waiting lists and so forth, but for those without coverage it's a blessing

There are lots of others...look up the Baptists Hospitals for example.

Except we could not get to single pay from where we were without a lot of pain and struggle. Now we can get to single pay from where we are!

We don't need to get to single pay at any time. If you know someone that doesn't have coverage, provide it to them.
