It turns out that Hillary Clinton didn’t rig the Democratic primary because the joint fundraising agreement between Clinton and the DNC only applied to the general election.

NBC News published the full Clinton-DNC fundraising agreement memo, and it contains a paragraph that destroys the conspiracy theory that Clinton rigged the primary, “Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to violate the DNC’s obligation of impartiality and neutrality through the Nominating process. All activities performed under this agreement will be focused exclusively on preparations for the General Election and not the Democratic Primary.”

For the conspiracy believers who think that Sanders was robbed, nothing is going to change their minds, not even a black and white memo saying that the fundraising agreement didn’t apply to the Democratic primary, but the truth is that the primary was not rigged, but the problems at the DNC were very real. The DNC needs to be believed as impartial. The perception alone that they favor one candidate over another is a serious problem.

How so? Maybe, Hillary was the chosen candidate of the DNC, but it appears that the claims Donna Brazille made are in error. Sanders and Clinton, on paper, were treated the same.
 
DNC was so corrupted,the nomination process so tainted with super delegates
it's hard to know where it begins and ends.

I do know nominating Hillary ensured Trump's election,,thanks for that :good4u:

Please... Maybe she was the chosen candidate? LOL She and the DNC colluded with the media to make sure Hillary got questions in advance, favorable coverage, and that the media should feature Trump because they felt he was weakest and most easily beaten republican.

3. The DNC will provide HFA advance opportunity to review on-line or mass email, communications that features a particular Democratic primary candidate. This does not include any communications related to primary debates – which will be exclusively controlled by the DNC. The DNC will alert HFA in advance of mailing any direct mail communications that features a particular Democratic primary candidate or his or her signature.

The media colluded with the DNC to help get Trump nominationed—-but he wasn’t supposed to win, dammit lol.

No one, but no one is trying to over turn an election, and this is from day one. But illegal activities are being investigated and will be prosecuted by the proper authorities.

Not only that, but DB never used the word "rigged".

That was just more of the typical kind of right-wing spin they always use to make something sound as bad as they possibly can.

Brazille has publicly denied characterizing it as "rigged".

The right lies about everything, with this being no exception.

I am still correct in that Brazille’s claim in her book is erroneous, and I am aware of this, still doesn’t change the fact of my post.
