Hilarious Fox Poll

The 2nd was done by Rasmussen, not Fox. While they did air it, the error does not lie solely with them.

Fox added up the numbers in a weird way. The Rasmussen poll had different categories. For instance, the "somewhat likely" is actually another metric added to "very likely".

Fox says that they didn't state that the percentages added up to 100%. I'm like durrrrrr. It's commonly expected that polls should add up to 100%, and that you shouldn't count two votes twice in the same poll. If Fox ran the country, John McCain would've gotten 120 million votes vs. Obama's 70 million.

That's fine, I accept that. But it certainly could have been more apparent, since I originally didn't know that. I don't watch the news all that much, because if I wanted to hear lies about the world I live in, I'd ask my in-laws.

And all of this is mentioned in your lil picture? Or did you just expect it to be common knowledge for someone who doesn't watch Fox news?

I just expected it to be common knowledge for people who follow politics closely. I guess I assumed you read blogs here or there. This has been all around the web.

..and the last time you posted anything about the Fox news station was?
"I guess they are always PERFECT and RIGHT.."

I don't post stupid mistakes about any news stations, if I did that it would take up all my day posting about abccbsnbcpbscnnpmsnbc..
