There are a lot of people who say that there is no child until after it's born... so I think you missed the point... (but the first trimester is a much better compromise than anytime if that's what the woman wants.... Avoiding abortion if at all possible would be a much better compromise... and understanding that it is a termination of a developing life at any stage should be taken into consideration... if for no other reason than it's a fact...)
You missed the point. There is no child until after it is born. That statement is simply correct English. The question is when does a fetus become viable. It normally does after 24 weeks, and this was thirty weeks.
