Here we go....

i think obama's going to lose even though we do need real change in America republicans are better liars and cheaters than democrats.

I am waiting for publicans to tell me that See BS is the most accurate. They won't believe anything else that See BS says but I await their acceptance of their poll.

anyone who tells you SEE BS is the most accurate is a tool. As I stated on another thread, I was waiting for Rasmussen and Gallup to come out. (Gallup will have its daily tracking number updated this afternoon). But since Rasmussen has declined to 2%, I thought I would go ahead and start the thread.

If it's tied by early next week, I think that's good news for Obama.

If McCain grabs a 2-4% lead or something like that, it could be real trouble.

I still don't know how the Palin frenzy is going to shake out.

I don't trust anything that comes from See BS. Rasmussen is my usual favorite.

Interesting. I don’t have a “favorite” pollster. They’re not like colors, or baseball teams. I take them with a grain of salt and figure that if you put them all together, and read the information buried within the final “approve” “don’t approve’ numbers…you might be able to discern something.

I doubt anyone knows how it will shake out at this point. Too many people still don't know enough about her at this point.

That said, I think it is neither good nor bad for either campaign to be tied next week. They essentially went into the two conventions tied. To come out of them the same shows that neither got a bounce and that this is indeed going to be a photo finish.

If McCain does come out with a lead beyond the margin of error, then I would agree that would be sign of trouble for Obama.

I am curious to see how this alleged affair issue turns out. The court ruled to not seal his divorce papers, so if there is something in it connecting him to an affair with Palin, game over... McCain loses.

Obama will get millions more votes.
Palin will make it respectable but still a thrashing

Coming from the genius that gave us....

'Hillary has a gazillion point lead, she is the frontrunner, no one can catch her, she is INEVITABLE!!!!! INEVITABLE I TELL YOU!!!'

I agree to an extent, but CNN, Gallup and Rasmussen do tend to be a bit more accurate than others.... especially See BS and Zogby.

That's what I like about realclearpolitics.com as well, they average them all up. Good stuff.

However, if it is a single pollster, I go with the one that has given me the most accurate information in the past. Certainly not See BS.

I have a terrible headache.

The Gallup tracking numbers have been released for today. This includes Palin's speech (albeit for one day of the three days included in the average) but not McCain's:
