I am not going to do your research RB, but i will say you are wrong and once again prove how daft you are speaking on topics you simply have no clue of the history of.

Your entire point below assumes an order is not illegal, if someone then follows it, as if you are assuming they would not as you ask "why would he then not refuse the order?"

We have lots of history in the military and police of subordinates following illegal orders and getting prosecuted and i will let you google them.

Who the hell are you to make decisions whether an order is legal or illegal?
Were you there to make this judgement? I doubt it.

RB, i cannot really explain this to you as you are truly stupid (sorry) and thus comprehension is beyond your capabilities.

You need to listen to Pete Hegseth in the video below saying soldiers should not follow them and need to be punished if they do...

You need to understand every person who goes thru the military Academies is TAUGHT they must not follow illegal orders...

So it is not UP TO ME, or up to YOU, to tell them that, but it is up to EACH SERVICE MEMBER to determine that as 'just following orders' will not keep them out of jail, if they follow one.


Now, i am certain you will read the above and it will make your brain fog and you will have no clue what it means. You will not ask your self why Military Academies teach it, if your point is military people have to follow ALL orders as they cannot determine it.

But that is only because you are so dumb. Sorry.
