Barr lied and said that Mueller never said anything about his summary.

Mueller did say something, and in fact sent a letter back in March that Barr received.

Barr lied to Congress about getting that letter.

So there's your perjury.
 
Brennan brought concerns of Russian interference to Obama in July of '16.
Defensive briefing was given to Clinton campaign by FBI, but never provided one to Trump campaign.
