Funny, I saw it as an attemt to denigrate religious folks. But then I'm not a Southerner I suppose......though I side with them most of the time. :)
 
Oklohoma basically gives conservative politicans the same level of support you would expect from a southern state with almost no black people.

It's about 70% white support for Republicans, instead of 80% as in Mississippi.
 
This isn’t about religion or about the South. If anyone wants blame this guy for being stupid, fat, and ignorant, that’s fine. I’m not going there.

The bottom line is, nobody in Denmark tries to go to the doctor and gets quoted an upfront 300 dollar bill just to get in the door for a check up. And I doubt anyone in Germany sits in a chair with an ACL stressing about the money to get it fixed.

Yes, it is still happening in many hospitals and there are doctors who provide services free of charge to those in desperate need.

SF is right...he didn't die from that injury....and am i the only who noticed where he died....he died at the hospital, so, he apparently gets a 911 ride to the ER....but can't get $300...i'm calling BS on this whole article.....i'm mean the neighbors didn't even know "she had a husband in her trailer the whole time".....

doesn't pass my smell test...
