there is ZERO documentation or mention about what the founders intended upon encountering a man bleeding out. However, since time immemorial, there has been the hypocratic oath that practitioners of medicine have taken to heal the wounded, tend to the sick. THAT does not make it so that any single individual can claim a RIGHT to demand the services of said practitioner.
