I'd never call a cop. Not worth the risk. I wish for the day we replace them with a new force that's accountable for their actions and that we can weed out bullies and sociopaths.
Cons like some level of govt. Most agree the military and emergency services are necessary and do a good job. If you don't want any govt, you are an anarchist.
That's what he is. He's opposed to things that would work toward keeping drunk drivers OFF the road. He's OK with punishing them AFTER they kill an innocent person just not supportive of things that could prevent innocent people being killed. Said so himself.
