More voters begin to ‘blame’ Obama for the struggling economy

President Obama's poll numbers have taken a hit in recent months amid voter discontent over how his administration has handled the dismal economy. But for the first time, a new poll finds that a majority of Americans are beginning to actually blame Obama for the nation's economic problems.

According to Gallup, 53 percent of those surveyed say Obama bears some of the blame for the struggling economy—the highest number recorded on the question since he took office in 2009. Twenty-nine percent of those polled say Obama bears "some blame" while 24 percent say Obama deserves "a great deal of blame."

Maybe eventually they'll think he's a hero like you do?

just a general timeline onceler. you don't have to start getting defensive because this is about obama. you can answer freely and no on will hold it against you.

He's responsible at roughly the same point as FDR was responsible for the crash of '29 and ensuing Depression....

ok, so you're not capable of saying when obama is responsible, that way you can defend obama for anything.

because onceler.......you do realize your comparison is apples/oranges.....but i know.....it is hard for you to talk about obama's responsibility.

I know you tend to get really defensive when it comes to Bush's incompetence...

I answered your question about Obama. You just didn't like it, because all you want to hear is that Bush stopped being responsible for anything as of January, 2009.

Well, it's going to.... And he can't be held responsible, because there was this tsunami, and a nuclear plant, and a dog fight on the lawn...
