has the housing market bottomed out?

Yes follow the stocks not right wing hacks like supertool who lie about job numbers.

1) What jobs numbers have I lied about?

2) Stocks have little to do with the housing market

3) The housing market is about to get hit with another round of foreclosures, while I think the bulk of the downside is over with, we probably have an average of 5-10% more to go.

IN my little town the market is increasing. I bought my house just over two years ago for $385,000, now, a much smaller house down the street, not on the golf corse just sold for $460,000 after a bidding war. The asking price was $450,000. Another smaller house just sold for $425,000 and a house on the water just sold for $825,000.

So housing stocks have nothing to do with the housing market supertool?

I stated clearly that stocks have little to do with the housing market. Obviously the 'little' portion was put in there because there are some publicly traded companies that have to do with housing. But overall the impact on the stock market is relatively minimal.

You can live in the heart of the tech world where life is good. Most recent story I heard was of a sale that happened on my street. A bidding war between a guy from Netflix and someone from Facebook. The Facebook guy finally told his broker whatever the Netflix guy bids next I want you to go $2 million over it. The broker did just that and the Facebook guy got the house. True story.

Yeah, it's good if you're the netflix or the facebook guy!
