The false premise is your implication that "legislation" is some kind of achievement. FYI: A president legislates NOTHING...anyone that promotes the idea that he/she does is FOS. THE PEOPLE are far better off when congress legislates nothing new as there can be no more superfluous dictations from a bunch of pen heads to take away more freedoms from THE PEOPLE. The United States if far better off when DC is shutdown....then and only then is the wasteful spending curbed and only the necessary government functions paid.
The real headline should read. Trump has stopped Democrats from passing any more freedom leeching laws. Question? Has there been a single vote cast by a single democrat in congress to PASS ANYTHING at all?
Trump has accomplished more in months than the last 3 presidents of the US combined by simply using his executive pen in rescinding many of the dictatorial executive edits implemented by those who ignore the constitution.

He has successfully canceled TPP (trans-pacific partnership) that helped no one other than Asia. 6. Illegal Immigration is down with Mexico actually starting to foot the bill for a wall (the less illegals in this nation the more tax payer money that is saved and can be used to construct a wall).
7. He as appropriated funds and signed into law funds to help rebuild our military that Obama had reduced to pre world war two levels....while he, Obama, fired (forced to resign) some 1000 well qualified and seasoned combat ready officers.
8. He has started funds moving for the Keystone pipeline projects while forcing the contractors to buy and use only American steel.
9. His future plans include lowering taxes by seven points for the middle class and lowering business taxes by 15%. While you democrats planned under Hillary as described in her own words to raise taxes up to 43% on the middle class and raise the inheritance tax to 61% (money that has already been taxed previously).
10. Stock Market rally.
11. Convinced large corporations like Ford, Chrysler, and Carrier to retain and build new plants in the US.
