they would have to show a conspiracy where the payments were explicitly pull from campaign funds as a reason to save the election.
You have to have felony intent. else it's a technical violation
Do you have evidence of when the campaign corrected its filings? Technical violations are corrected as soon as they are pointed out. A civil fine is then levied based on the seriousness of the violation.
