I see you are struggling with the meaning of the word "convicted".........not surprising......you struggle with the meaning of many things........

Do you have evidence of when the campaign corrected its filings? Technical violations are corrected as soon as they are pointed out. A civil fine is then levied based on the seriousness of the violation.
