No, it's not the same at all. Note that Hunter Biden is under investigation for tax fraud and, I think, money laundering. Also, remember that Hunter's emails refer to Joe as "Big Daddy" and says that he gets a cut of everything.

In a way, that last part makes sense. Hunter, Joe's brother, and others have profited from using his name to make money.

Joe is already impeachable.
