They are the exception then because teachers say kids are getting worse. Geek, when I was in school lots of boys carried rifles or shotguns in the cars or trucks on campus during hunting season. Shootings were unheard of. School shooting to solve differences that used to be solved with fists is common these days. Kids frequently don't respect the authority or each other.
I grew up here in Mesquite, Tx- Home of the Mesquite Championship Rodeo. So we had a sort of Cowboy theme playing in the background of our heads. Even though we all had guns and went hunting with the boys, we were more into cars- fast cars. We were also into the garage band days of the 60's - so just about every one of my friends were in a garage band, and had a fast car!
I have 4 grand sons and a son, and none of them want to hunt, or even own a gun. It's been a while since I even shot any of my guns. My best friend shoots skeet- but won't even go dove or quail hunting.
So, I haven't kept up much with the gun scene of things. I sell my guitars at the Guitar shows, and some of the guitar shows have been combining with the gun shows in the smaller towns. I have traded some of me old classic guns for guitars now.
Bitch please.
