2. Why don't Haitians just walk into the Dominican Republics? Oh wait they can't the Dominican Republic has a wall between Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

3. What should the US do? Send money? (i.e. make the gang leaders rich) Send troops ? Do nothing?


What would you do about Haiti if you were King for a day? Doing nothing will only encourage a mass migration from Haiti. We are already intercepting boats filled with Haitians with guns and drugs.

There is no easy solution for Haiti's problems.

Our goal should be be keep Haiti's problems from becoming our problems.

A blockade to prevent them from coming to America.

We already have enough murderous thugs that Biden has allowed...encouraged to come through his open borders.

I’m currently sitting here about 150 miles from Haiti, it’s calm and peaceful here.

They let the immigrants in here…
 
When Anarchy actually comes, those who wished for Anarchy suddenly want someone to help them. I'm waiting for the crowd who blames it on "Libertarianism" to start posting. It will be nonsense, but it pretty much is always what happens whenever the government of a nation entire fails to restore or keep peace they always blame it on "Capitalism" or constantly ask "Libertarians, why aren't you all moving to Haiti?"

It’s not the same thing as libertarianism. It results from different things, Haiti has been raped by the French, then by its own leaders, then hurricanes and an awful earthquake. They have had it bad starting when Columbus ‘discovered’ them.

What are you proposing- a Wall around the beaches that totally surrounds Florida now?

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration reports there are 8,436 miles of shoreline in Florida, so you better get to it TRUMPLICAN!

Most Haitians don't even have enough money for toilet paper or tooth paste- BUT YET HERE YOU ARE CLAIMING THEY ARE ALL DRUG ADDICTS WITH GUNS! :palm:

Why? If we blockade Haiti eventually they will be forced to deal with their problems head on and positive change will occur. Dont you have any faith in the Haitian people?
 
If we blockade Haiti eventually the people will DEMAND order and a functioning peaceful society just as everyone everywhere wants. For whatever reason J Rod thinks Haitians are different.
