Hahahahahahahahaha!

But... but ... @T. A. Gardner says that because the DoJ has such a high success rate James and Comey are likely to take a plea.

So what are you saying is happening in Trump's DoJ compared to past DoJ's where time and time, and time again, not only can they not get cases to court but they also cannot even indict a ham sandwich?? Must be the fault of judges, lawyers and grand juries and surely cannot be the competence and intelligence of magat lawyers who are chosen for loyalty over brains??

It’s really very easy to get a case to a jury.

This isn't their last rodeo they will take it to the grand jury again.

The standard for a indictment is so laughably low that even SC Justice Roberts made fun of how easy it was in a recent case.

If a prosecutor struggles to get a indictment (low standard and 50+1 to indict) it is almost certainly an indication that the case has no business in a court, where a regular jury needs to meet a much higher standard and be unanimous.

Trump and his DoJ are completely useless and demonstrate that here, once again.
