This is long overdue and is very bad news for obozo. His amnesty policies let millions of illegals stay here when the LAW said they should have been deported. You can be sure some of them killed or injured people on the highways and Aunt Barry is liable.

july 10 2017 Federal immigration officials negligently allowed a Kansas City, Kan., man to remain in the country illegally before he allegedly killed five men in a 2016 shooting spree, according to a recently filed lawsuit.

The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, Kan., by the families of two of the five men who Pablo Serrano-Vitorino is now charged with killing.

Serrano-Vitorino had previously been deported after he was convicted of a felony in 2003.

But according to the suit, Serrano-Vitorino re-entered the country illegally and had several brushes with local law enforcement agencies before March 2016, when he allegedly stormed into a neighbor’s home in Kansas City, Kan., and fatally shot four men.

Later that day, he allegedly shot and killed another man in Montgomery County, Mo., before he was arrested.

According to the suit, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials had the opportunity to detain Serrano-Vitorino for illegally re-entering the country after he was arrested in 2014 and 2015.

Let's see more of this. When ICE and sanctuary cities and presidents like obama announce they are not even going to try and enforce our immigration laws, then they should be held accountable for the mayhem that results.
 
id like to see more of this. The government is responsible for deporting them. If they fail in their duty then they should be accountable.
 
People should find out who sets the policy. In Oregon the law is no money to be sent to find and arrest illegal aliens based solely on their status while my county's Sheriff's policy decision is to not cooperate without a court order or warrant to hold a detainee for ICE to pickup. Sue who is preventing deportation efforts. I'm sure there are those in ICE who aren't serious about their job but I would like to think most of them want to do their job and are frustrated.

Sue the Sheriffs dept, mayor, governor, whomever makes the decision.

Don't forget obama. He gave millions of illegals a certificate saying they can live and work here even though the law says they can't!!
 
The federal government can let in whoever it wants to let in. If it isn't responsible for allowing you to live when your deranged and are likely to kill someone some day, it's not also responsible for failing to similarly remove undocumented immigrants.
