Bush certainly was the one to decide...and all those voting for the war resolution knew it....the point is some won't take responsibility for their vote....
Thats just plain wrong....it was common knowledge he wanted to oust Saddam....and its just as accurate to state, it would not have happened if Congress didn't approve...so let state history correctly.....it takes two to tango.....Bush never tried to deny his responsibility, only hypocrites do that....and we know who they are.
Trump did say that, as so many Democrats say that....there is no denying that if Bush lied, so did all the others, over a period of 5 or 6 years, before Bush every came along...
