That hasn't stopped you from claiming the homeowner shot without cause. You make the claim because you assume the homeowner to be Der Juden - but police refused to release the race of the homeowner - which means he is NOT white.
I assume the bullets will be traced to the gun, and the child survived the attempted murder, so will be might be able to testify. Even if not, given where the body was found, it is hard to say he was not knocking on the door. There is rather good evidence.

Whether his brother was there or not, he has the right to knock on the front door, and ask if his brother is there.
