The federal government. Used to be up to the states and most were 18. I think DUI s were on the rise, I don't recall the reason.

No need to eliminate gun free zones. As I have explained to you, and which you have chosen to be an obtuse idiot and conveniently ignore, the gun free zone statute allows for exceptions based on various criteria.

But at least I got you and your clown freak gun hugger wussy boy comrades to admit that using your guns to protect children from maniacs who got ahold of their guns because of you fucks to begin with, is something you just don't give a shit about.
