I am going to say that gun buyer background checks are all "Right" with me if that is all there is to it. It must be like our CHP in Califa, it takes less than one minute to check a Califa Driver's License, so the background check would have to be immediate and if there are no mental health issues, no violent criminal history, then the gun buyer would pass the background check. There would be nothing submitted to the Feds about the quantity of guns purchased or the makes, serial numbers etc. The Gun Grabbers will not go along with my suggestion, but I will be emailing my fool proof suggestion to the NRA, etc.

PS, ex-jailbirds with no history of VIOLENT criminal history should be able to buy a gun. I had Jury Duty at the Riverside Superior Court in French Valley last year, and I was being questioned by a Prosecutor about my feelings towards possibly prosecuting a 55 year old former convicted gang member family man, who had a shotgun in his house, and who lived in a GANG area ghetto. I told the DA that I felt that since he had not been a gang member for many years, that he had a right to protect his family. A shotgun is a great home, invasion deterrent, while it really cannot be easily concealed. Naturally I was dismissed as a potential jurist on that case.
