New York violated the 14th Amendment equal protection law for the purpose of corrupting a national election. Obviously the 4 leftists on the court will oppose hearing the case. If all 5 Constitutionalists support it - this very well could end up before to SCOTUS. Campaign finance violations are the EXCLUSIVE domain of the FEC. The Soros court violated this in order to lynch the opponent of the party in the current presidential election.
