Greene to introduce ‘weather modification’ bill

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) said Saturday she plans to introduce a bill aimed at tackling “weather modification.”

“I am introducing a bill that prohibits the injection, release, or dispersion of chemicals or substances into the atmosphere for the express purpose of altering weather, temperature, climate, or sunlight intensity. It will be a felony offense,” she wrote in a Saturday post on X.

“I have been researching weather modification and working with the legislative counsel for months writing this bill,” Greene added.

“We must end the dangerous and deadly practice of weather modification and geoengineering,” Greene said of the forthcoming bill.

However, lawmakers in the Sunshine State said cloud seeding is a safe practice that has been undermined by conspiracy theories about weather alteration, as contrails, condensation trails left in the air by planes, are sometimes confused as chemtrails.

Unless the plan to modify the weather, starts with using Gargantuan Nuclear bombs dropped on the surface of the sun, to create artificial sun spots, things done by mankind, will not affect the climate.

The whole concept of CO2 and the green house effect, being the primary cause of Climate Change is scientifically ludicrous.

The climate change is real. It is driven by changes in the magnetic storms on the surface of the sun, and the interaction with high altitude N2, causing Rayleigh Scattering, of the blue shifted spectrum, vs. the red shifted spectrum of the solar minimum, not Rayleigh Scattering, causing the reddish energy to hit and stick to the earth.

The frequencies of light affected by the "Greenhouse Effect" of CO2 are a 5th order effect, which happens, but is three orders of magnitude smaller than the energy coupling effects of Rayleigh Scattering and the Solar Max/Min Cycles.

If you want to understand the climate, look at the black body radiation curve of the sun, and go to where the energy is... in the Blue and UV end of the spectrum. Then look for what effects the coupling of Blue+ photons.
