The vote is to call witnesses
Game on! Bring it!
Too bad for Pence. Too bad for his leaking assistant Short. Too bad for Graham and the RINO's.
The votes are there to acquit, but they and Dems wanted to get in, fire their shots and get out? Tough. We're going for it all.![]()
Democrats are calling witnesses, and you think its good for you?
Dems want to keep opening cans or worms? Fine.
They want to keep living in the past with their Trump obsession? Fine.
They want to keep Trump in the spotlight? Fine.
RINO Graham kept telling Trump to just be quiet, behave, don't say the 'f' word (fraud) and we'll get you in & out fast. Too bad. It's all gonna come out now.
Dems knew an impeachment conviction would never happen. They just wanted to shut him up, have a purge party & 'forbid' him from running again. Again, too bad.
We can drag this out for weeks.
And yet, who knows? With all the infighting going on in the chamber right now they alllllllll could trying to cut some deals on both sides. We'll see!

Ummm, thinking this is Not a good deal for the Defense, the more that is exposed the more likely it goes badly for the defense. Trump would have been far better off had this simply ended with the rigged jury vote and put it behind him.
You guys don't it...I think.
No matter which way this goes in the end, There are going to be some major outings and hypocrisies exposed.
RINO's Mitch & Lindsey already committed to acquit. This is just throwing open the whole Pandora's box now.
IF this goes forward. But, the lawyers are all fighting this out right now during this recess behind closed doors. We'll see. Stay tuned.

I don't see anything positive about the Soviet-style sham trial taking place in Fortress DC.
IMO, Trump should have ignored it, and the GOP should have boycotted it.
It's a dictatorial move reminiscent of the despicable antics of third world banana republics.
That's what they've done to Trump for 4 years. And, done to our country. It's time for defense for a change to their tactics.
What some out there still don't get. This is NOT an impeachment trial like the first one actually WAS.
There's no SC Justice presiding and there's no president to unseat. It's theater. A 'purge & ban Trump' show.
It's not an actual trial either because there is no jury as outlined in the Constitution.
