From the war cry from Drumpf to send Obama back to Kenya where he was born, to entreaties to string Hillary up for 4 dead Americans in Benghazi, to the Republican convention chant by virtually all attendees, "Lock her up", "Lock her up", "Lock her up", "Lock her up", "Lock her up" for email improprieties, ain't the Old Party grand? Abe would be so proud that patriotic Americans are this blood-thirsty for their political opponents.
Abraham Lincoln founded the Republican party because he knew that one day, those damn Mexicans would send their worse people here. He knew that there would be a time when this great country must shun all members of a particular religion, even American citizens, because that religion has spawned the terrorists that have become the greatest single threat to every member of the true American religion, Christianity. That true Republicans, alone, would recognize that real threat from minority religions. Although being gay, himself, Abe also knew that allowing free expression of love would collapse the moral fiber of this country, and rend asunder the fabric of 'real' family structure. That love can not possibly exist outside of a Biblical definition. That benevolent corporations without any governmental hindrance would trickle down prosperity to even the least able members of our society. That unions are simply self-serving power brokers that tread heavily on their enslaved workers. That minorities are selfish, criminal racists.
