Grand Jury Called Up for Russiagate Treason

Since then Brennen, Comey, et al., have testified before congress repeatedly--as one example. During their testimony it is no clear they were lying their asses off and there's now documentation proving it.
Perjury is a crime. There is no conspiracy to commit perjury in US law. When in the last 5 years did Comey or Brennen testify before Congress? You have to show an overt act in furtherence of the crime to prove conspiracy.
If denial of a crime is conspiracy then everyone involved in Jan 6th attack on the Capitol can be prosecuted for conspiracy. All were involved so if even one person denies it was a crime. (Trump just made them all conspirators. )
Of course, I suppose they could change the statute of limitations and retroactively apply it like New York state did to Trump--twice--to get convictions...

NY didn't change the statute of limitations for crimes. They tolled the statute of limitations due to Covid. It wasn't just New York that did that.

ROFLMAO. Conspiracy does NOT apply to all crimes. Then the conspiracy laws require an overt act to further the conspiracy. Concealing is not an overt act and concealing is not a crime under federal law.
The funny thing about your argument is it means that everyone involved with Jan 6 attack on the Capitol could be charged with conspiracy at any time in the future because they are involved in a conspiracy to claim it wasn't a crime.

In actual law, there are 3 conspiracy statutes
Only applies to drug crimes -
RICO - lists specific crimes that are considered racketeering - Concealment is not listed
Requires a conspiracy to commit a crime - concealing a past crime is not covered.

The third one could possible be used to claim there is an ongoing conspiracy to defraud the US government but it leaves the Trump administration and everyone working in it open to prosecution if courts allow such use of the law. Can political appointees doing the bidding of a Presidential administration be guilty of defrauding the US government? If yes then Bondi is going to spend a lot of time in jail.

ROFL

The charge is Seditious CONSPIRACY.

A year ago, you SWORE that Obama would have a 4th term using puppet Kam-Kam

A week ago, you SWORE that no grand jury would be empanelled to indict the coup plotters

Let's just say, your track record isn't real great - since everything you post comes from DailyBeast or MSNBC...

The "NUHN UHN" defense is a great strategy.

Let's see how that works out for you.
Would you care to bet on anyone being indicted by this GJ?

I'll give you 100 to 1 odds on no one being convicted as a result of this investigation.

The "We can just ignore the law" prosecution is a great prosecution strategy until the legal process starts.

In the E. Jean Carroll case, NY did exactly that. In 2022, New York passed the Adult Survivors Act, which created a one-year lookback period during which adult victims of alleged sexual offenses could file civil suits against perpetrators regardless of whether the standard statute of limitations had already passed.

While it is claimed that this wasn't specifically done to get Trump, it's pretty damn obvious that its specificity and timing were to get Trump.

Grand jurors reaction if the prosecutor says this with a straight face.

That is a civil suit. Civil suits are not criminal.

Show your evidence
That is what a grand jury is going to say to Bond's DOJ lawyers. They are also required by ethics to not only provide evidence of any crime but also any exculpatory evidence.

when a prosecutor conducting a grand jury inquiry is personally aware of substantial evidence that directly negates the guilt of a subject of the investigation, the prosecutor must present or otherwise disclose such evidence to the grand jury before seeking an indictment against such a person.

You're right to be scared - the evidence is overwhelming - irrefutable.

I guess KGB Brennan is cooperating with the DOJ. So will your party Epstein him?
You seem to not know that people cooperating with an investigation doesn't prove a crime. In fact, the cooperation probably shows that his lawyers feel there is no crime there.
