I can understand when the Congress is split in the hands of the opposing party, but Carters record really sux
 
This latest where they want another yr to "examine" Obamacare (& not tax med devices) is nothing more than another delaying tactic so they can do exactly the same thing next yr. Letting them get away with it just prolongs this. They dont want to examine anything, they just want another chance to overturn or defund it.
