again, you stupid fuck......there were public hearings......and then the demmycrats sat down alone with the insurance lobbiests and wrote the bill......then, in the words of Nancy "you got to vote on it before you get to see it"........the hearings weren't to let people know what they wrote........there's nothing to show that anything that was said in the public hearings was ever written into the bill......

Depends on whether you're talking about the historical term or the current application of it? There isn't a lot of difference.

You are correct, there have been many black members of the House. Something you fail to recognize is that many of them get elected for no other reason than the districts they represent have been purposely created with a majority minority population in order to guarantee their election. It's a form of affirmative action gerrymandering. Should I provide a list of them?
