Biden won Georgia by 0.23% and Arizona by 0.30% Georgia has gone Democrat in far more elections than it has gone Republican. Arizona has gone Democrat multiple times also so flipping them by the smallests of margins isn't a big deal.

Mayra Flores won in a district that had never been Republican in 150 years. She won by 7.30 percent. So yes her win is a very big deal. .
